The Risk Adjustment Coding Oversight Specialist is responsible for conducting vendor oversight and quality assurance audits for risk adjustment purposes, including conducting oversight chart audits and internal quality assurance of risk adjustment projects. This role requires good communication skills with attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple demands concurrently with ease. This position will facilitate efficient and effective interventions to ensure accurate and complete coding.
This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of new clinical services and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will oversee new client launches with any Population Health services, including Care and Case Management (CCM), Utilization Management (UM), Specialty, and Navigation services. Additionally, you will drive quality assurance efforts, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide client audit and accreditation support.
Shape the work care advocates perform and consider how to scale a rapidly growing business while maintaining the highest standards of quality and ensuring Solace’s patients receive comprehensive, life-improving services, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. You will develop and execute a framework for advocate operational and clinical quality that takes into account advocate behavior and patient feedback. You will also develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to support advocates to perform their best work on behalf of patients.
